Your Roof, Built for Florida Hurricanes.
We’re a Florida-based, state-licensed contractor and an approved My Safe Florida Home installer. We handle the inspection, the permits, and the paperwork — you get a hurricane-rated roof and the documents to prove it.
The State Will Pay Up to $10,000 Toward Strengthening Your Roof.
Most homeowners have never heard of it. The My Safe Florida Home program funds wind-mitigation upgrades — and only approved contractors can do the work. We’re one of them. We walk you from the free state inspection through the grant paperwork to the finished upgrade, and the improvements usually lower your insurance premium on top of the grant.
Two questions. Thirty seconds. We’ll tell you honestly if you don’t qualify.
The Right Roof for Your Home.
Every system we install is permitted and inspected under our license — so the value shows up on your insurance premium, not just your rooftop.
Tile Roof Replacement — Concrete & Clay
The roof South Florida’s best neighborhoods are built on. A new tile system gives you 40–50 years of protection and a home that looks like it belongs on the water — installed to the wind rating your insurer wants to see.
Best for: HOA communities and coastal homes where tile is the standard, or aging tile roofs insurers won’t renew.

The fastest path from “worried about the next storm” to fully protected. We install GAF Timberline HDZ and Owens Corning Duration, and most homes are finished in two to three days.
Best for: Homeowners who want proven wind protection and strong insurance credit without the cost of tile or metal.

The last roof most homeowners ever buy. Concealed fasteners, a 50+ year service life, the highest wind performance of any residential system — and lower cooling bills from panels that reflect the Florida sun.
Best for: Long-term owners who want maximum storm protection and a modern coastal look.
Explore standing seamStone-Coated Steel Roofing
The strength of steel with the look of tile or shake, at a fraction of the weight. Metal’s hurricane performance without changing the character of your home — or overloading an older structure.
Best for: Homeowners who love the tile look but are tired of cracked-tile repairs.

Classic Florida metal — the profile you see on Old Florida homes, farmhouses, and workshops. Durable, right at home on the Treasure Coast, and the most affordable way into a metal roof.
Best for: Traditional homes and outbuildings where standing seam would be more roof than the job needs.

Ponding water is where flat roofs fail, and it’s where we start. A properly sloped, heat-welded TPO system moves water off your roof and delivers 20+ years of leak-free performance.
Best for: Flat sections over additions and garages, and commercial buildings tired of recurring leak repairs.
Fix your flat roof for goodSilicone Roof Coating — GacoFlex
A new roof’s performance without a tear-off. If your flat roof is aging but sound, a seamless GacoFlex silicone system seals it against leaks and UV for a fraction of replacement cost — often in days, not weeks.
Best for: Flat or low-slope roofs 10–20 years old that deserve a second life, not a dumpster.

The State of Florida will pay up to $10,000 toward making your roof hurricane-stronger, and we’re an approved contractor for the program. Free state inspection, grant paperwork, finished upgrade — we guide all three.
Best for: Roofs 15+ years old, or anyone whose insurance renewal just jumped.

Every home is different, but we don’t hide the ballpark: most shingle replacements in our area run [$X–$Y], tile [$X–$Y], and standing-seam metal [$X–$Y]. Your written quote is itemized line by line, free, and valid for 30 days — no sales appointment required to get a number.
Usually, yes — a new roof with documented wind mitigation features typically earns meaningful credits on Florida policies. We can’t promise what your carrier will decide; no honest contractor can. What we can promise is that you’ll have every document they ask for: the closed permit, the final inspection, and the wind mitigation details on the forms your carrier requires.
Most shingle roofs take two to three days; tile and metal typically run one to two weeks depending on the home. Before we start, we walk the property with you, tarp your landscaping and pool areas, and protect the driveway where the material drops. And we run a magnet sweep for nails at the end of every day.
You get two warranties in writing: the manufacturer’s coverage on materials — up to 50 years on some systems — and our workmanship warranty on the installation itself. If anything we installed leaks, we fix it. You’ll also receive a Certificate of Completion with your permit records, so your warranty file is complete the day we finish.

Yes — we offer financing options for qualified homeowners, and if your roof qualifies for the My Safe Florida Home program, up to $10,000 of the cost may be covered by the state grant before financing even enters the picture. Ask during your free inspection and we’ll walk you through both.
