How long does it take to get a free roof quote?
We typically call you back the same business day to schedule. After the inspection, your written quote arrives within 24 to 48 hours. If you have an active leak, tell us when you call and we'll prioritize the visit.
Is the quote really free and no-obligation?
Yes. The inspection and the written quote cost you nothing, and there's no obligation to proceed. You keep the photo report either way — several homeowners have used ours to get a second opinion, and we're fine with that.
Do you quote all types of roofs?
Yes — asphalt shingle, concrete and clay tile, standing seam and 5V metal, flat and low-slope systems including TPO and modified bitumen, and silicone restoration. Residential, HOA, and commercial.
Which areas do you serve?
We're licensed statewide. Our crews run regularly through Martin, St. Lucie, Palm Beach, Broward, Indian River, Lee, Collier, Charlotte, and Sarasota counties — including Stuart, Palm City, Port St. Lucie, Jupiter, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Naples, Fort Myers, and Orlando.
Do I need to be home for the inspection?
Not necessarily. We can inspect the exterior and roof without access to the house. If we need attic access to check for moisture or decking condition, we'll arrange a time that works — that's often where the most useful findings come from.
Will the quote change after work begins?
Not unless you change the scope in writing. Our quotes include permit and disposal, and materials are named by manufacturer and product rather than left as allowances. Where we can't see something until tear-off — decking condition, for instance — we tell you the unit price up front so there are no surprises.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, financing options are available on qualifying projects. Ask when we call and we'll walk you through what's available for your situation.
Can you help with a My Safe Florida Home grant?
We're an approved My Safe Florida Home contractor. If your home is a candidate for the program, we can tell you during the inspection and explain how the process works.
