I had a complete concrete tile roof replacement done by Expert Roofing Services and the entire experience was flawless. Ronny was professional, thorough and immediately responsive to all communications. The crew always showed up on time and left our yard spotless everyday. They're using solid products and solid installation and will make it right--right away--if there is any issue. I found their price for roof restoration and coating to be $1000 less than competitors and using a superior product with better preparation of the substrate. We had a major leak in our barrel tile roof so I called Expert Roofing and spoke to Ronny.  He had workers on our roof to repair the problem the very next day. Once it was repaired, we waited a few days to make sure the leak was gone and he then sent his workers back to replace the tiles.  The professionalism , communication and attention was far better than i could have expected. Most recently, we contacted them regarding a persistent roof leak that was related to the original design of our roof. Their team took the time to thoroughly assess the issue, explain what was causing the problem, and provide us with several options for addressing it. What we appreciated most was that they didn’t simply recommend one solution they carefully explained the pros and cons of each option, answered all of our questions, and gave us the information we needed to make the best decision for our home and situation. Their knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail gave us tremendous confidence in the solution we selected. This was actually our second time using Expert Roofing. Our first experience was when they replaced our entire roof, converting it from tile to metal roofing. During that project, they were equally thorough, explaining the different types of metal roofing available and walking us through the advantages and disadvantages of each option before we made our decision. It is rare to find a company that takes the time to educate its customers instead of simply trying to sell them a service. Expert Roofing has consistently provided us with knowledgeable guidance, excellent communication, and exceptional service. Very disappointing experience with Expert Roofing Services. The work was delayed multiple times, communication was poor, and the quality did not meet expectations. I had a very disappointing experience with Expert Roofing Service. The work was poorly done and did not meet basic professional standards. After the job was completed, I noticed leaks and unfinished areas that should never happen after a professional repair.Their team was careless, unorganized, and did not communicate properly. They arrived late, delayed the project multiple times, and showed little interest in fixing their mistakes. When I tried to contact them for support, they were slow to respond and unhelpful.Overall, this company wasted my time and money. After receiving quotes from 5 roofing companies to replace my tile roof with a 24GA metal roof, I chose Expert Roofing Services to do the work. I was not disappointed; they made the whole process smooth. They arrived on time, were very professional, and kept the work site clean. Time and time again these guys are awesome and reliable. We have used them more than once for unexpected roof leaks. They show up for us when other companies tell us they can't come out for days and they always get the job done efficiently. Ronny is excellent!  He offered a good price, for a quality roof replacement,  in a timely manner.  He also identified and fixed a problem we had with our gutters (installed improperly by a different vendor) and fixed an internal leak caused by the faulty gutters. Expert Roofing Reliable and Responsive I would like to share with you my experience with Expert Roofing Services, and in particular Ronny Hanna, the Senior Account Manager. We recently moved into a home, built in 1996, with an addition in 2010, two different roof tiles! My wife and I wanted to match the roof tiles, and upgrade the gutters and were extremely pleased with Ronny and his subcontractors. We have received several requests from our neighbors as to who we used?  Most saying that this is what we were looking for. We may have interviewed 6 different contractors before making our final decision. I can only say this: that there's a lot of choices, many with delays and hidden "extra costs plus!", but not with Ronny. He was honest in terms of how long it would take to get the material, competitive in price, requiring no down payment, but kept us aware of when we should expect our roofing, and then delivering! I would say, without hesitation,  Ronny is responsive and reliable. His crew was incredibly hard working and clean.
