We had a roof leak due to a powerful quick storm that forced water through our roof a caused a terrible downpour into one of our rooms. Ronnie came to the rescue. He came out with his crew and completed the work within a day and a half. Great work.

They're using solid products and solid installation and will make it right--right away--if there is any issue. I found their price for roof restoration and coating to be $1000 less than competitors and using a superior product with better preparation of the substrate. If you have a roof in need of restoring I highly recommend expert roofing.

Very disappointing experience with Expert Roofing Services. The work was delayed multiple times, communication was poor, and the quality did not meet expectations. I had to follow up repeatedly, and some issues were still left unresolved after the job was finished. Would not recommend based on my experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with Expert Roofing Service. The work was poorly done and did not meet basic professional standards. After the job was completed, I noticed leaks and unfinished areas that should never happen after a professional repair.Their team was careless, unorganized, and did not communicate properly. They arrived late, delayed the project multiple times, and showed little interest in fixing their mistakes. When I tried to contact them for support, they were slow to respond and unhelpful.Overall, this company wasted my time and money. I would not recommend Expert Roofing Service to anyone looking for reliable and quality roofing work.

After receiving quotes from 5 roofing companies to replace my tile roof with a 24GA metal roof, I chose Expert Roofing Services to do the work. I was not disappointed; they made the whole process smooth. They arrived on time, were very professional, and kept the work site clean. The crew was reliable and responsive, and the final roof looks great. I HIGHLY recommend this roofing contractor for any residential roofing project!

Ronny is excellent! He offered a good price, for a quality roof replacement, in a timely manner. He also identified and fixed a problem we had with our gutters (installed improperly by a different vendor) and fixed an internal leak caused by the faulty gutters.

I highly recommend Expert Roofing!

Expert Roofing Reliable and Responsive
I would like to share with you my experience with Expert Roofing Services, and in particular Ronny Hanna, the Senior Account Manager.
We recently moved into a home, built in 1996, with an addition in 2010, two different roof tiles!
My wife and I wanted to match the roof tiles, and upgrade the gutters and were extremely pleased with Ronny and his subcontractors.
We have received several requests from our neighbors as to who we used? Most saying that this is what we were looking for.
We may have interviewed 6 different contractors before making our final decision.
I can only say this: that there's a lot of choices, many with delays and hidden "extra costs plus!", but not with Ronny.
He was honest in terms of how long it would take to get the material, competitive in price, requiring no down payment, but kept us aware of when we should expect our roofing, and then delivering!
I would say, without hesitation, Ronny is responsive and reliable.
His crew was incredibly hard working and clean.
If you're thinking of replacing your roof, my suggestion is one call, Expert Roofing Services and Ronny Hanna.
They are the best!
Jeffrey Berkman MD
