Who We Are

We're Not a Call Center.
We're Your Neighbors.

Expert Roofing Services is a family-owned, Florida State Certified roofing contractor based in Stuart. We hold both a roofing license and a general contractor license — a combination most roofing companies don't carry — and we've been protecting Florida homes and businesses since 2016.

Florida is a hard place to own a roof. Ultraviolet exposure that would take fifteen years elsewhere does it here in eight. Salt air eats fasteners. Afternoon storms find every weakness. And once every few years, a hurricane tests every decision your roofer made.

We build for that. Not for the estimate and not for the photograph — for the storm that arrives four years from now when nobody is watching. That means underlayment we'd put on our own house, fasteners at the spacing the code requires rather than the spacing that's faster, and flashing detail at every penetration, including the ones nobody will ever see.

It also means telling you when you don't need us. If your roof has five good years left, we'll say so and show you the photos that prove it. We've talked homeowners out of replacements more than once. It costs us a job and earns us a customer for the next twenty years.

Ownership

Meet Ronny Hanna

Ronny Hanna is the owner and president of Expert Roofing Services. He holds Florida State Certification as a Roofing Contractor (CCC1332394), and he is an approved My Safe Florida Home contractor.

He has spent 15 years in Florida roofing. He still walks roofs, still runs the estimates on jobs that matter, and still answers the phone when a customer calls with a problem after the check has cleared.

That last part matters more than it sounds. In this trade, the difference between a good roof and a bad one usually isn't visible for years — which means the real protection a homeowner has is whether the person who sold them the roof is still around, still licensed, and still willing to pick up.

Ronny lives and works in Stuart. His license is public record, and you can verify it in about thirty seconds.

"I'd rather lose a job than sell someone a roof they don't need. This is a small enough market that your reputation walks in the door before you do."

Our Process

What Working With Us
Actually Looks Like

A real inspection, not a sales call

We get on the roof, into the attic where there's access, and photograph what we find — including the parts that are fine. You get the photos whether or not you hire us.

An honest recommendation

Repair, restore, or replace — and why. If your roof has years left, we say so. If it doesn't, we show you the evidence rather than asking you to take our word for it.

A written scope, priced line by line

Materials named by manufacturer and product. Permit and disposal included. No allowances that turn into change orders halfway through the job.

One project manager, start to finish

You get a name and a number. That person handles the permit, the schedule, the inspections, and your questions — so you're never explaining your job to someone new.

A clean site, every single day

Magnet sweep across the driveway and street edge at the end of each day. Landscaping protected. Dumpster off the street wherever the layout allows it.

Final inspection and your paperwork

County inspection passed, warranty registered with the manufacturer, and a complete document package — including what you'll need at your next insurance renewal.

What We Hold Ourselves To

Three Things We Don't Compromise

Transparency

Photos of what we found. Materials named by product, not by category. A price that doesn't move unless you change the scope in writing.

Craftsmanship

Manufacturer specifications followed on the details nobody inspects — because those are the details that decide whether a roof lasts eight years or twenty.

Accountability

Two state licenses, full insurance, and an owner who answers the phone. If something goes wrong, you know exactly who's responsible for fixing it.

Our Team

The People On Your Roof

Our crews are trained on the systems we install and supervised by a project manager who's accountable for the job from permit to final inspection. We don't hand your roof to whoever happened to be available that week.
